1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Readune or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Readune Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Readune. If you use Readune on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

2. Using Readune

Readune is a personal ebook reader for iPhone and iPad. You may use it to import, organise, search, display, and listen to files that you are allowed to access. You must not use Readune to infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights; distribute files unlawfully; interfere with the app or website; or attempt to bypass DRM, access controls, or security measures.

You are responsible for your device, Apple account, imported files, backups, and any decisions you make based on content displayed or spoken by the app.

3. Your books and content

You retain your rights in the files and other content you import. You give Readune the limited technical permission needed to process that content on your device so the app can provide importing, conversion, reading, search, and Read Aloud. ThinksView does not claim ownership of your books.

Readune does not promise that every file will open, convert, search, or read aloud perfectly. DRM-protected files, corrupted files, unsupported features, and image-only scans may not work as expected.

4. Readune Plus

Readune Plus is an optional in-app purchase that may provide features such as iCloud Drive library sync, reading statistics, and per-book theme overrides. Availability, price, billing period, renewal, and eligibility are shown through Apple’s App Store purchase flow and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Apple’s applicable payment, refund, and subscription terms also apply. Restore Purchases is available where supported.

5. Availability and support

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Readune, including support for a format or an optional feature, when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons. We will try to keep the core app useful, but no uninterrupted availability is promised.

For questions or bug reports, please use the Readune support issue tracker. Do not post private book files, personal information, passwords, or other sensitive material in a public issue.

6. Disclaimers and limits

Readune and this website are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ThinksView disclaims warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file, or suitable for a particular purpose. Reading and spoken output can contain errors; verify important information against an authoritative source.

To the extent permitted by law, ThinksView will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of Readune. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Readune evolves. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you have a question about these terms, contact us through the support issue tracker.
